This workshop focuses on identifying and practicing wise behaviors as a leader.
You will discover how the concept of wisdom can be mapped to specific leadership behaviours. You will be introduced to skills and approaches that help you frame judgment. You will have an opportunity to practice behaviors that support your colleagues and team members with empathy, while speaking up for core values.

This structured program will show you how to develop reflective thinking habits, overcome cognitive biases, and enhance decision-making clarity. The course can be delivered in 4 weeks (90 minute sessions) or over 6 weeks (1 hour sessions).
